By creating an account or using Roveo, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms and the Privacy Policy;
• You are at least 18 years of age;
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law;
• You will comply with these Terms and all applicable laws while using Roveo.

If you do not meet these requirements, you must not use the Services. We reserve the right to terminate accounts where eligibility requirements are not met.

Roveo is an AI-powered travel planning platform that helps users discover, organise, and plan travel experiences.

Roveo currently provides the following core features:

The Services are currently provided free of charge. We may modify, evolve, suspend, or discontinue features of the Services at any time. Certain features may be experimental, beta-stage, or under active development.

To use Roveo, you must create an account using:

• Google Sign-In; or
• Apple Sign-In (where available).

By signing in, you authorise us to access basic profile information made available by your authentication provider, including your name, email address, and profile picture.

You are responsible for:

• maintaining access to your login credentials;
• safeguarding your account;
• all activities occurring under your account.

You agree to notify us promptly at hello@roveotrip.com if you believe your account has been compromised or accessed without authorisation.

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

You agree not to:

• Use Roveo for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes;
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Services;
• Reverse-engineer, copy, modify, or decompile the app;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems or accounts;
• Use bots, scrapers, automation, or unauthorised tools to access the Services;
• Circumvent security measures or access restrictions;
• Upload malicious software or harmful code;
• Misrepresent your identity or provide false information;
• Use Roveo to develop a competing product or service;
• Violate any applicable law or regulation.

Violation of these Terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of access without notice.

Roveo uses artificial intelligence to analyse travel inspiration and generate itineraries, recommendations, and travel guidance across Stamps, Canvas, and Atlas.

Roveo may display pricing, availability, and booking information sourced from third-party travel providers, including airlines, accommodation platforms, tour operators, and experience providers.

Roveo is not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or final pricing of any information provided by third-party partners. Displayed prices and availability are determined entirely by the respective third-party provider and are subject to change without notice.

Any booking, purchase, or transaction completed through a third-party provider linked from Roveo is subject to that provider's own terms, conditions, and pricing policies. Roveo accepts no liability for:

• discrepancies between displayed and charged prices;
• booking errors or failures on third-party platforms;
• cancellations, refunds, or disputes with third-party providers;
• any loss arising from reliance on third-party pricing or availability information.

Certain features within Roveo, including Atlas recommendations and itinerary personalisation, may request access to your device location.

Location access is optional. You may disable location permissions at any time through your device settings. Disabling location access may limit the availability of certain features.

Location data is used solely to improve the relevance of travel recommendations and itinerary suggestions. It is not used for advertising or shared with third parties beyond what is described in our Privacy Policy.

Roveo integrates with third-party service providers to operate the Services. Your use of Roveo involves data being processed by providers in the following categories:

• Infrastructure providers - for content URL resolution and processing required to operate core features;
• AI providers - for content analysis, itinerary generation, travel search, and personalised travel assistance;
• Maps providers - for map rendering and location-based features;
• Analytics providers - for app performance monitoring, crash reporting, and feature usage analytics.

Your use of Roveo is also subject to the terms and privacy policies of these third-party providers. Roveo is not responsible for interruptions or failures caused by third-party services beyond our control.

The Roveo application, branding, software, interfaces, features, technology, designs, and related materials (“Roveo IP”) are owned by or licensed to Roveo and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

Subject to these Terms, you are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Roveo solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not:

• copy, reproduce, or redistribute the app or any part of it;
• reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software;
• commercially exploit any part of Roveo;
• remove or obscure proprietary notices or branding.

No ownership rights are transferred to you under these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

Roveo makes no warranties regarding:

• the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content or AI-generated output;
• uninterrupted or error-free availability of the Services;
• the fitness of the Services for any particular purpose;
• the absence of bugs, errors, or security vulnerabilities;
• merchantability or non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that results generated by Roveo will be accurate or suitable for your purposes. You use the Services at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Roveo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services, including but not limited to:

• loss of data or content;
• travel disruption, missed bookings, or travel costs;
• reliance on AI-generated itineraries, recommendations, or extracted travel information;
• reliance on third-party pricing or availability information;
• loss of profits or business opportunity;
• personal inconvenience or distress.

Roveo is currently provided free of charge. As no fees are collected from users, there is no financial basis for damages claims related to service quality or availability.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

For users in jurisdictions where limitations of liability are restricted, including EU member states and certain US states, local mandatory consumer protection laws apply and are not affected by these Terms.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Roveo and its operator from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and legal expenses arising from:

• your use of the Services in violation of these Terms;
• your User Content;
• your breach of any representation or warranty in these Terms;
• your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights;
• your unlawful conduct.

This indemnity obligation survives termination of your use of the Services.

Your use of Roveo is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Your rights under the Privacy Policy include:

• access to your personal data;
• correction of inaccurate information;
• deletion of your account and associated data within 30 days of request;
• data portability: the right to request a copy of your personal data in a structured, machine-readable format;
• withdrawal of consent for marketing communications and optional permissions.

Users in the EU, EEA, and UK have additional rights under GDPR including the right to object to processing and the right to lodge a complaint with their local Data Protection Authority.

Users in the United States have additional rights under applicable state privacy laws including CCPA/CPRA and equivalent state regulations.

You may stop using Roveo at any time.

To request account deletion, email hello@roveotrip.com with the subject line “Account Deletion Request”, including the email address associated with your account.

Upon verification, we will delete your account and associated personal data within 30 days.

To request a copy of your personal data, email hello@roveotrip.com with the subject line “Data Export Request”. We will provide your data in a structured, machine-readable format within 30 days.

Certain information may be retained where legally required for fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or regulatory compliance.

In the event that Roveo is discontinued or shut down, we will:

• provide users with at least 30 days advance notice through the app and by email;
• allow users to request a copy of their personal data during the notice period;
• permanently delete all personal data from our systems and those of our service providers upon or before the date of discontinuation;
• confirm deletion to users upon request.

No personal data will be retained after discontinuation beyond what is legally required for fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or regulatory compliance.

Roveo is an evolving product. Certain features may be beta features, experimental, modified, or discontinued. We reserve the right to update, suspend, restrict, or remove features at any time without liability.

We may also introduce usage limits or new service tiers in the future. Any introduction of paid features will be clearly communicated in advance with updated Terms.

No payment obligations currently apply to any user of Roveo.

You may stop using Roveo at any time. Account deletion requests can be submitted to hello@roveotrip.com.

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately and without notice if:

• you violate these Terms;
• you misuse the Services;
• you engage in harmful, abusive, or unlawful conduct.

Upon termination, your licence to use Roveo ceases immediately. Sections relating to intellectual property, liability, indemnity, and disputes survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Before initiating any legal proceedings, you agree to attempt informal resolution by contacting us at hello@roveotrip.com and allowing at least 60 days for the matter to be resolved.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, services, or legal requirements.

Material changes will be communicated through the app or by email prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of Roveo after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Services.

In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the IT Rules 2011, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, Roveo has designated a Grievance Officer to address complaints and queries related to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
